                <text>Das Murmeltier wundert sich über eine lange Menschenschlange, die da durch den Bergwald heraufkommt. Es sind Hunderte, und lauter Männer. Das ist die traditionelle Prozession der Ladiner. Drei Tage lang wandern sie betend vom Gadertal bis zum Kloster Säben und wieder zurück. Ein Großteil der Naturparkregion wird von der Volksgruppe der Ladiner besiedelt. Sie sind die Nachfahren jener rätoromanischen Bevölkerung, die vor der Völkerwanderung vor 1500 Jahren große Teile der Alpen besiedelte.&#13;

La marmotta è incuriosita dalla lunga fila di persone che sale per il bosco. Sono centinaia, e tutti uomini. È la tradizionale processione dei Ladini. Per tre giorni camminano pregando dalla Val Badia al Monastero di Sabiona per poi tornare alla loro valle. Gran parte della regione del parco naturale è abitata dal gruppo etnico dei Ladini. Sono i discendenti di quel popolo retoromano che prima delle grandi migrazioni dei popoli avvenuta circa 1500 anni fa colonizzò buona parte delle Alpi.</text>

La Sella di Campetto (m.1553) è ubicata tra Monte Campetto (m.1662) e Cima Cengia Bianca (m.1564), lungo la costiera delle Tre Croci verso Cima Marana (m.1554); tale dorsale costituisce la linea di spartiacque tra il bacino dell'Agno e quello del Chiampo.&#13;

Quando salta la luce, e non è solo questione di accendere una candela dentro casa o mettere un foglio con scritto ufficio guasto... ma si ferma tutto, i frighi, la caldaia del formaggio, la mungitrice che non puoi nemmeno lavare, le schede del controller che si bruciano e lavori tutto a mano col fornello, si, dopo aver svuotato e predisposto tutto, sempre al buio... il gruppo elettrogeno c'è ma è in casa e invece ti serve in stalla, bisogna prenderne due, anzi 3 uno anche per il laboratorio. E intanto gli sbalzi di corrente avvengono mentre stai correndo avanti e indietro e quindi sei fritto. E qua succede spesso.&#13;
Esci e ti fai la strada nella neve, corri dai cuccioli spazientiti che aspettano solo il latte e se ne fregano di tutte queste vicende umane che ti hanno fatto ritardare mezz'ora se va bene.&#13;
Poi tocca alle mamme, a cui basta la razione di fieno, essere pulite e munte, e con loro parli, interagisci, ti scaldi, loro sono caldissime e glielo dico sempre. E anche loro se ne fregano di cosa hai fatto prima arrivare lì. Basta che tu ci sia, il resto solo normalissima realtà.&#13;
Infine quando vedi che si alza il sole tiepido e poco alla volta stai riuscendo a fare tutto, cominci a rincuorarti e ti dai da solo le risposte alle domande di poche ore prima....&#13;

L’austerità quaresimale, qui in Cjanâl come in altre zone della Carnia e del Friuli, aveva un momento di sospensione a metà periodo quando era previsto il rito di brusâ la vecja: coda carnevalesca e rito di espulsione della Quaresima-inverno. La compagnia di giovani innalzava un medêli, quindi fissava un traliccio orizzontale, poi altri minori completavano la struttura che veniva 'vestita': Si la vistiva di fassuz, quarz di cjanas, pergalarias, patisc’, filias di fasois… insomma, materiali infiammabili e, ad un tempo, simbolo della stagione 'morta', 'arida'. Il fuoco alla vecja veniva quindi innescato, al termine i resti del fuoco venivano depositati sulla soglia di casa della donna più vecchia del paese, inscenando una sdrondenada. Qualche vecchia si offendeva, mentre altre si prestavano al giorco.&#13;

                <text>Dal 1897 ha luogo la sfilata del corteo nuziale: la sposa e lo sposo accompagnati da altri personaggi si inoltrano nelle vie del paese tra musiche e allegri balli, indossando abiti tradizionali e maschere lignee. Ad accompagnarli anche il Matazin, ma la vera protagonista del corteo è la Gnaga, un’anziana signora ingobbita con gli zoccoli in legno, che trasporta una gerla dove comodamente riposa un baldo giovine. È proprio questa maschera il vero simbolo del Carnevale che svela il significato di questa festività: lo scherzo e l’assurdo ma anche la metafora tra il vecchio e il nuovo che simboleggia il passaggio dall’inverno alla nuova stagione primaverile.</text>

                  <text>Ciastel de Tor, famoso per la sua caratteristica torre e nel XIII secolo sede del giudizio “Thurn an der Gader”, è luogo di riferimento della cultura degli oltre 30.000 ladini, uniti nella loro identità da due elementi essenziali: la lingua derivata dal latino volgare e lo straordinario paesaggio montuoso delle Dolomiti. Dal 2001 il Ćiastel ospita il museo provinciale ladino.                   <text>Il museo ospita una delle più consistenti collezioni paleontologiche esistenti grazie all’intensa attività di ricerca e studio svolta da Rinaldo Zardini, il naturalista a cui è dedicato il museo. L’esposizione esiste dal 1975 e offre un’occasione unica per conoscere e capire la geologia delle montagne dolomitiche: numerose le vetrine che raccolgono minerali, rocce e soprattutto fossili di invertebrati marini, coralli e spugne conservatisi grazie alla finissima sabbia di calcare.                   <text>La Val Pesarina a differenza della maggior parte delle valli friulane disposte in senso meridiano, è orientata in direzione est-ovest, e va dalla confluenza con la valle del Degano alla forcella Lavardet. Contrastanti fra loro le catene di montagne che delimitano a nord e a sud la vallata. Rocciosa e frastagliata quella a settentrione a cui appartengono le cime più elevate della zona (monte Pleros, le crete del Fuina, di Clap Grande e di Clap Piccolo, la Creta e la Cresta Alta di Mimoias), ridente e verdeggiante quella meridionale culminante nelle cime erbose dei monti Rioda, Pieltinis e Novarza. Il territorio è ricoperto per la maggior parte da boschi e prati e, nel versante nord, da montagne rocciose.</text>

In montagna abbiamo un debole per i triangoli, possibilmente acutangoli e la Val Pesarina è famosa per la sua architettura spigolosa in sommità.&#13;
