                  <text>&lt;p&gt;In collaborazione con il Comune di Predazzo, è il Museo specializzato nella geologia delle Dolomiti Patrimonio Mondiale dell’umanità UNESCO e in particolare delle Valli di Fiemme e Fassa. Fondato nel 1899 per iniziativa della Società Magistrale di Fiemme e Fassa allo scopo di valorizzare il patrimonio geologico e naturalistico locale e di promuoverne la conoscenza, dal 2012 è sezione territoriale del MUSE.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;Le collezioni scientifiche sono costituite da un patrimonio di oltre 14.000 esemplari, tra cui la più ricca collezione di fossili invertebrati delle scogliere medio-triassiche conservata in Italia. Il Museo si completa e allarga sul territorio circostante con il “Sentiero geologico del Dos Capèl” fruibile nel periodo estivo.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;Articolato su due piani l'allestimento permette al visitatore di immergersi nei paesaggi dolomitici scoprendone la storia e il significato. Al piano terra il percorso offre una finestra sulle Dolomiti, con l’obiettivo di evidenziarne la centralità nella nascita del pensiero scientifico, approfondire le motivazioni e i criteri sui quali si basa il loro valore universale, fornire chiavi di lettura efficaci per la loro valorizzazione. Il piano interrato si propone come un viaggio tra le Dolomiti di Fiemme e Fassa: dal Lagorai, al Latemar e al Catinaccio, dal&amp;nbsp; Gruppo di Sella, alla Marmolada e ai Monti Monzoni,&amp;nbsp; presentate nelle loro peculiarità e nei loro rapporti con i territori circostanti.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

Una vita di solitudine e lontananza quella dei pastori che ogni anno lasciavano la propria casa per trascorrere i mesi estivi in quota in un esilio necessario. Nel silenzio della montagna e della natura confidavano la loro vita alle rocce, raccontandola nelle migliaia di scritte in ocra rossa del monte Cornon.&#13;
Un Rametto masticato all'estremità era il pennello, le grandi pareti di roccia del monte la lavagna e il 'Bol de bèsa', un' ocra rossa minerale, l'inchiostro.&#13;
Per farla attecchire al supporto roccioso l'ocra veniva bagnata con il latte di pecora, o in alternativa con saliva o urina.&#13;
Una miscela indelebile durata tre secoli.</text>

e noi che viviamo nel presente possiamo solo fare tesoro di quello che è stato per tramandarlo in&#13;

Pensiamo ad un fuso per la filatura, uno strumento così semplice la cui origine si perde nel tempo e&#13;
arriva fino ai giorni nostri. Un filo indissolubile tra uomo e natura. Un pensiero ai tempi lenti dove&#13;
con pazienza si ricavava dal territorio ciò che serviva creando oggetti, tessuti, gioielli, strumenti,&#13;
unici e frutto di conoscenze tramandate. Un legame tra uomo e natura fatto di rispetto, che&#13;
guardando al futuro dovremmo recuperare per la salvaguardia del nostro straordinario territorio.</text>

Lo sapevi che per ogni Patrimonio Mondiale viene individuato un ente gestore del riconoscimento? L'ente gestore è il referente univoco sia per il Ministero (nel caso dei Siti Natuali è il Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Tutela del Territorio e del Mare e nel caso di quelli culturali è il MiBACT) sia per il Comitato per il Patrimonio Mondiale UNESCO. Lo scopo dell'ente gestore è quello di garantire una gestione efficace e coordinata del Bene UNESCO. Le Province [Belluno, Bolzano, Pordenone, Trento e Udine] e le Regioni [Friuli Venezia Giulia e Veneto] hanno costituito il 13 maggio del 2010 la Fondazione Dolomiti UNESCO. La Fondazione da allora risponde ad una grande sfida rispetto alla complessità del Bene dolomitico che non trova eguali negli altri siti del Patrimonio UNESCO: comunicare, valorizzare e conservare le Dolomiti oltre i confini amministrativi. Anche il Museo Civico Archeologico di Mel aderisce alla campagna tematica  #DolomitesMuseum  lanciata dal progetto “Musei delle Dolomiti” della Fondazione Dolomiti UNESCO. I musei delle Dolomiti protagonisti di un racconto corale e diffuso sui social network che permetterà di scoprire, in rete, le tante sfaccettature del patrimonio dolomitico. 7 settimane fino alla Pasqua per raccontare e mettere in rete musei grandi e piccoli, musei d’arte, archeologia, geologia, musei etnografici e di scienze, tutti uniti per raccontare insieme il nostro straordinario territorio.&#13;
Il tema di questa settimana è la roccia: l’elemento che costituisce le nostre montagne.&#13;
Il terzo hashtag #handsinstone raccoglierà tutte le varie testimonianze e anche noi vogliamo contribuire con uno scatto delle pietre in arenaria della nostra necropoli.&#13;
Chissà quale sorpresa e suggestione per Giovan Battista Frescura che all'inizio degli anni '60 riportava alla luce queste pietre infisse nel terreno in posizione verticale, disposte in circoli o a formare delle cassette litiche. Le pietre, delimitavano un luogo sacro per i Veneti Antichi: la “città dei morti” (necropoli appunto) in cui venivano deposti i defunti con i loro corredi, dopo la cerimonia rituale della cremazione. Eravamo di fronte ad un ritrovamento eccezionale per il territorio montano. Questa particolare tipologia di deposizione che prevedeva l’utilizzo di pietre piuttosto che le strutture lignee di altri siti, ha permesso la conservazione di questa necropoli e la sua successiva musealizzazione. Il sito si trova al riparo di una particolare formazione rocciosa chiamata flysch che riemerge nelle prossimità dell'abitato di Mel.&#13;
